Overview
RTTV is designed to collect as little viewer information as possible. RTTV does not require accounts, does not ask viewers to create profiles, and does not intentionally collect names, home addresses, phone numbers, photos, comments, messages, or social information from viewers.
Information RTTV May Collect
RTTV is designed around anonymous or aggregate service information rather than personal profiles. Depending on the website, app version, platform, analytics tools, and advertising services used, RTTV may process limited technical or usage information needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
- Basic device, browser, operating system, and app information.
- General usage information, such as pages viewed, channels selected, playback events, ad break events, and approximate viewing counts.
- Aggregate ad-viewing information, such as how many ads were shown on a channel or during a programming block.
- Advertising identifiers, cookies, or similar technologies when required by advertising, measurement, security, fraud-prevention, or platform services.
- Information you voluntarily provide when contacting RTTV by email.
Ad Views and Licensor Reporting
RTTV may count ad views, ad breaks, channel activity, and programming activity in aggregate. This information may be used to understand how the service is performing, detect abuse, report general performance, and calculate payments or reporting totals for licensors and rights holders.
RTTV does not need to know who an individual viewer is in order to count ad views. The goal is to measure overall activity, not to build personal viewer profiles.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
RTTV may use Google advertising services, analytics providers, platform services, or other third-party tools to serve ads, measure performance, prevent invalid traffic, detect abuse, and operate the service.
These services may use cookies, advertising identifiers, device information, IP addresses, or similar technologies according to their own policies and platform requirements. RTTV is not designed to use this information to create child profiles, social profiles, public user accounts, or personalized recommendation feeds.
Children's Privacy
RTTV is designed to be family-friendly and COPPA-conscious. RTTV does not knowingly request personal information from children, and the service is not built around accounts, public profiles, comments, uploads, direct messaging, or social features.
RTTV is designed to avoid behavioral profiling of children. Any ad measurement, channel measurement, or programming measurement is intended to be used for service operation, aggregate reporting, fraud prevention, and licensor/payment reporting rather than identifying individual children.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to RTTV, please contact us so the concern can be reviewed.
No User Accounts or Social Features
RTTV is not intended to collect account profiles, user posts, comments, direct messages, friend lists, ratings, or user-generated uploads.
