Mission
RTTV brings back the fun of classic cartoon TV: simple channels, themed blocks, bumpers, schedules, and that weekend-morning feeling without endless scrolling, subscriptions, social feeds, or complicated account systems.
The project is not trying to imitate a giant streaming library. Its purpose is narrower and more specific: a lightweight cartoon-channel experience where the viewer chooses a mood and lets the schedule flow.
Who Runs RTTV
RTTV is developed by an independent developer and lifelong animation fan. The project combines software development, media curation, and nostalgia for the way cartoon programming used to feel on television.
RTTV is a small independent project, not a major studio or broadcaster. Programming is built around licensing, rights-holder agreements, and responsible distribution.
Editorial Approach
RTTV's vision is to create channels that feel like they could have existed on cable decades ago: themed programming blocks, clear identities, natural ad breaks, and enough variety that a channel feels alive instead of random.
The project celebrates animation made by real people: artists, writers, voice actors, storyboarders, designers, musicians, editors, production teams, and the people who help bring animated worlds to life. RTTV does not use generative AI cartoons, public user uploads, or algorithm-chasing feeds.
Programming decisions are planned around tone, age range, genre, pacing, and family suitability. Preschool-style programming is separated from older-kid action or adventure concepts. Comedy, fantasy, and game-inspired channels each have a clear reason to exist.
What RTTV Is Not
RTTV is not a download site, not a social video platform, not a fan-upload archive, and not a place for unlicensed copyrighted clips. The goal is a legitimate, rights-respecting channel app with clear categories and simple viewing.
